Lohan is a certified Personal Trainer and completed his studies through Reebok Education in 2011. He works closely with Biokineticists, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors and using a balance of strength and cardiovascular exercises in order to assist you reach your physical goals.
The strength training consists of various callisthenic exercises, which uses one’s body weight as the resistance such as squats, push-ups and lunges. Strength exercises aim to build muscle mass and functional strength, and tone overall muscle composition resulting in significant physical improvements.
The cardiovascular aspects focus on improving cardiovascular fitness and exercise tolerance, reducing body weight and improving general physiological functions in the body.
Lohan obtained his Springbok colours in karate and has represented South Africa at the world championships in France.
